In newer versions of Firefox type about:config in address bar and press Enter, then click on button "I’ll be careful, I promise!". Type "tls" in the new appeared search bar and wait the browser to return settings for tls. Check that "security.tls.version.min" is 1 (it is the default value). Then check the value of "security.tls.version.fallback-limit". By default its value is 3. Change it to 1 and then try again to open the ILO web page.
These settings are for firefox 45.9. In v58.0.2 there is an additional setting - "security.tls.insecure_fallback_hosts". Add here hostname from url of ILO, for example 192.168.1.100 etc.
